Fried Jacks Don't Hold Up As Evidence
Fri, July 15, 2011
She was charged for trying to smuggle weed into prison stuffed inside a Fried Jack but Elisa Chan got off today because - guess what - Fried Jacks don't hold up too well as evidence.

Chan was busted in August of last year at the Belize Central Prison when 80 grammes - about two ounces of cannabis was found stuffed between two fried jacks. She was charged for drug trafficking because of the amount of weed.

But today, 11 months later the charge was dismissed by the magistrate Albert Hoare after the prosecution closed its case because the evidence given by the police did not fit the description of the exhibit - the exhibit being year old Fried jacks.
