| But the weekend was not completely incident free in the city. One man was shot at about 3:30 on Sunday morning.
24 year old Robert Tracey was riding his bicycle on Magazine Road accompanied by two others when a car came up from behind, a gunman peered out and shot Tracey in the thigh, buttocks and finger.
He is hospitalized in a stable condition.
