And the three men who were caught at the scene were also taken to court and charged today. THEY ARE: Twenty-eight year old Dwayne Saldano and two brothers, 25 year old Richard Wallace and 18 year old Michael Wallace, and they were charged with Aggravated Burglary when they appeared today in the #2 Magistrate's Court.
They were also charged with 1 count of Kept Firearm without a Gun License and 2 counts of Kept Ammunition without a Gun License.
They pleaded not guilty to the charges. Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer explained to them that she cannot offer them bail due to the nature of the offences.
She remanded them into custody until February 6, 2012.
