PM Hears KHMH Whistleblower
Thu, January 5, 2012
All that whistleblowing on the KHMH by Delory Herrera seems to have finally paid off. It was announced today from the office of the Prime Minister that the PM today asked the Auditor General to look into allegations of wrongdoing at the KHMH relating to the hospital's procurement practices.

The release announced that the Office of the Auditor General will commence its investigation next week. Referring specifically to procurement practices, Delroy Herrera has pointed to a Forida based company called Skilled Solutions Limited - which is a volume supplier for the hospital - but operates out of a regular residence in Pembroke Pines, Miami. From his trove of documents, Herrera has also produced credit card records which show questionable transactions made on the KHMH's corporate credit card.

For its part, the KHMH has said "the KHMH authority is prepared… to withstand scrutiny of its affairs…and is inviting the Auditor General and the Contractor General's Office…to launch full investigations into the management of the financial and material resources of the hospital."
