"Crazy’s" Sentence Concurrent, Not Consecutive
Tue, May 7, 2013
Last night, we told you about 29 year-old Michael "Crazy" Arnold who was convicted of a second rape charge in the Supreme Court. He pleaded guilty the offence and Justice Adolph Lucas sentenced him to 15 years. We said it would run consecutively with the remaining 10 years of his current sentence for a previous rape conviction. That was an error. In fact, Justice Lucas' actual ruling was that the new sentence is to run concurrently with the previous one, not consecutively.

So, he will only serve a total of 15 years in prison, not 25 as we had reported.
