Alleged Shooter To Court
Mon, October 28, 2013
25 year-old Albert Moody is at prison tonight after he was taken to court for allegedly making an attempt on the lives of 2 Belize City men.

As we reported, 26 year-old Steven Lambey and 18 year-old Elroy Perdomo were riding on Central American Boulevard, when a gunman ambushed them and opened fire. Perdomo was shot to the ankle and rear end, while Lambey was shot to his calf and abdomen. Both men were rushed to the KHMH and treated for their injuries.

Police eventually arrested and charged Moody with 2 counts attempted murder, 2 counts of use of deadly means of harm, and 2 counts of dangerous harm.

Because it is a firearm offence, he couldn't be granted bail, and he was remanded to prison until December 13, his next court date.
