Every so often, the Management of the Belize Zoo invites 7NEWS go behind the scenes and see the conservation work that they are doing to rescue wild animals, or just keeping the Zoo going.

And now, one of their very unassuming professionals, has managed to capture a prestigious award for conservation from the Belize Audubon Society.
