Exercise For The Elderly

A group of helpage members were working out this afternoon. Sure: we didn't see crunches, push up' or sit up's but there were several modified versions of a few facial and hand exercises. Although it might seem that these simplified workout techniques couldn't yield any results – workout instructor Joseph Mclaren says any type of movement for these members will have enriching results.

These workout sessions are held weekly. Several members are over 90 years old.
