As we told you last week, overnight Tourism showed remarkable growth in September. Overnight arrivals in that month were up 19.3%, the greatest increase ever recorded for the celebrations month, going back to 2006.
Overall arrivals for the third quarter were up by 6.9%, compared to last year. The BTB reports that there has been a major increase in South American arrivals, with a 45.1% increase of those visitors for the first 9 months of 2015 - while Asia had a 25.1% increase.?
