| On Friday, Corozal police found a pound of weed being smuggled in a Tropic Air Cargo package. It happened in Corozal at the Ranchito airstrip. At 10:15 am, Special Branch and CIB personnel police had information to look for a Lala milk box. It was sealed with transparent tape and found to contain baby clothes and one parcel which was tightly wrapped in transparent plastic. The parcel was cut open and contained a black plastic back with weed amounting to 486 grams - or about a pound. It was labeled as found property. |
