18 year-old Irwin Palma, a 4th Form student, is on bail tonight after he was accused of stabbing a man in the eye and then robbing him. The victim, John Popper, has lost vision in that eye.
According to police, his attacker stabbed in the eye, and stole $105 dollars from him. Police charged Palma with maim and theft. He was arraigned before Magistrate Deborah Rogers, and he pleaded not guilty.
