Children Threatened In Biospharms Dispute
Wed, March 23, 2016
In February, we told you about the case of the Biospharms subdivision in the Cayo District. Americans who bought into the project, say that the owner, American Developer Darin Smith had taken their money and jilted them out of a title.

Well, on Monday in court, one of the disgruntled Biospharms owners, Cyndi Carson won a case against Smith on the title dispute.

But the news is what happened on Tuesday morning in Los Tambos village where the Biospharms subdivision is located. This sign threatening the life Jeremiah Allen's children by name appeared at the entrance to the village. Allen has been one of the most outspoken critics of Darin Smith and Biospharms.

Allen says he has reported it to police, and the US Embassy – but is not leaving the country, and is not giving up his fight against Smith.
