And while police are looking at additional charges, the ones they have laid already got a major boost with surveillance video of the entire kidnapping of Mennonite David Dodd, Pastor Llewellyn Lucas, and another man, which happened on last week Friday afternoon.

As we have reported, William “Dannyâ€￾ Mason, is known to have an elaborate surveillance system set up at his mansion on Intelco Hill in Belmopan. But, it appears that this system he set up to secure his property, has become a part of his undoing. Police think that he either forgot to turn off those cameras, or he forgot to destroy the surveillance evidence of the crime caught on tape. While searching through Mason's property for evidence, the cops came upon the surveillance footage of that day, and those who've seen it say that it gives a play-by-play look the kidnapping of the 3 victims by Mason and his 4 fellow accused, Ashton Vanegas, Keron Fernandez, Terrence Fernandez, and Ernest Castillo. It also confirms the details of the kidnapping that one of the victims gave police.

Today, Acting Commissioner Russell Blackett confirmed to us that police are in possession of the footage, and he revealed a few of the details to us:

"I must confirm that is true. This is a very thorough video and at present our experts at the police information technology unit are reviewing and again they have been doing that since Saturday morning all through yesterday. I myself took a look at it and I'm convinced that yes these people act callously and from what I have seen it shows that the conspiracy theory definitely is in place."

"This is an identifiable video. The investigator himself pointed him out by face as they moved about preparing the vehicle and placing the kidnappers and the deceased inside that truck."

"Well I do not know. He was taken from the house alive and as the investigation said he was stabbed before he was decapitated. I don't know our investigation teaches us that we cannot say if he was dead. It is the pathologist; we can only say apparently and I cannot say if he was dead when he was decapitated."

All 5 men are in prison after they were arraigned in the Belize City Magistrates Court on charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy to commit kidnapping.
