Belize City resident Clifford Anderson was shot 12 days ago on the Pen Road basketball court – and tonight his alleged shooter has been charged.  He is 24 year old Luis Kerr, a labourer of #4374 Fabers Road.  Kerr was read charges for attempted murder, dangerous harm and use of deadly means of harm with a firearm upon 26 year old Clifford Anderson.

No bail could be granted to Kerr who denied bail and remanded into custody at the Belize Central Prison until October 20, 2016.

Anderson was hit in the back, his lower back and the gunshot caused damages to his internal organs.
