| If you want to start off your Garifuna Settlement Day celebration early then you should head over to the Mexican Institute in Belize City where, as per tradition, the Mexicans are celebrating the garifuna. Its all about celebrating Garifuna culture. Cultural Attache Diego Sapien told us why everyone should attend.
It started at 6:00 at the Mexican Institute.
