And the PM will need all the strength he can muster because there are challenging days ahead. Persistent reports which we've been hearing from last week suggest that Attorney General and Minister of Natural Resources Vanessa Retreage may be headed for the exit, as in leaving the Government. It is an unconfirmed report at this point, and Retreage wouldn't comment today. But, if she departs, it would be seen as a major blow for the Barrow administration since Retreage has been praised for her integrity and incorruptibility. We're told she has pressing personal issues which are influencing a decision to leave. We'll keep following this story - which we stress is unconfirmed. |
