| Police Say Frank Killed David |

Police have charged the man who they believe killed a 19-year-old one week ago. 20-year-old Frank Young was today charged with the murder of David Andrews. Andrews was relaxing with friends last week Friday on Seagull Street - when two men pulled up on a motorbike. One of them got off, and shot Andrews four times, killing him on the spot.
Police believe it is a gang related murder. Young will be arraigned and remanded next week. Our records show he was shot in 2015, and shortly after was arrested by police after he allegedly punched a woman in the face and stole her cell phone in broad daylight. It happened near the Court house, and police were in the area to arrest him immediately.
