It took two months, but Police have charged 27 YEAR OLD Kenzel Hulse, the son of Agriculture minister Godwin Hulse. A one liner from the police a few minutes ago says that the businessman of Cohune Walk Belmopan has been charged for 1 count of harm committed upon Alberto Santos Lopez.
Santos Lopez told Police that he was attacked by Kenzel Hulse who allegedly hit him in the face with a licensed firearm and assaulted him.
