Ladyville Cops Got A Ride
Wed, April 12, 2017

This morning, Rural Police became the proud owners of a new truck donated to them by the Courtney Coye Law firm, and a group of Friends from Ladyville.

Now, you may not be too impressed by that, after all, the department gets donations like this one from time to time. But for the Rural Eastern Division, it’s a big deal. That’s because these vehicle have to patrol over 30 villages spread out over the north, the east, and the west. Before this, they had to do it with only 6 vehicles.

So, it’s a much needed addition to their vehicle fleet, and the keys were officially handed over today. We spoke with the donors and the recipients:

The vehicle costs 28 thousand dollars and today, Caribbean Motors was there to deliver the vehicle and pick up payment from the donors.
