| Belmopan Gets Fancy New Lights |

| For many Belmopan residents, those new fancy traffic lights on Constitution Drive will take a lot of getting used to. But representatives from the Road Safety Project say its for the residents' own benefit. We spoke to CEO of the Ministry of Economic Development Yvonne Hyde and she told us the lights are only one component of the project.
So the Ring Road and those large roundabouts are part of project as well. The project started 4 years ago. It will end off with the upgrading of mile 5 on Western Highway. This project is a first in the Caribbean.
