And finally tonight, we can confirm that four term Belize city councillor Phillip Willoughby has submitted his name to run as Mayor or councillor. Williughby told us he submitted it to the party secretariat this evening, and will now work towards getting a mandate. And what about the incumbent two term mayor, Darrell Bradley? Did he submit his name? WEll, indications are that he has not, but Bradley follows his own timeline even though today was the deadline for city hopefuls. |
