Tue, July 18, 2017
There is still no sign of city resident Mark Pollard. He has now been missing for 16 days. The family, the police and the Coast guard have already done extensive searches for Pollard but they all yielded nothing, except for a blood-stained piece of stick. Police told us more about that find.

Sr. Supt. Mark Vidal, OC, Southside Commander
"Searches have been done from the point where he had been last seen and it has extended all the way up to Hattieville and it has extended on the other end all the way up to Haulover Bridge. This operation has been done jointly with the Coast Guard and family members of the victim. It has not given us anything as yet, but I will say that there are a number of information that is coming to us and we are pursuing every single information that is coming to us. So we have not still not left that to rest. We will continue to carry out what is required of us to investigate that matter further."
