| Cayo Cops Under Investigation For Needless Brutality |

A Cayo police officers are under investigation for beating down what looks to be a vagrant. This video which has been circulating on Facebook, shows a police corporal in plainclothes punching and then kicking a defenseless man. And it's not forced used to suppress a dangerous suspect, because he tells the man to move, and makes no effort to arrest him.
The professional standards branch is investigating that and another case of alleged brutality of a young man in a neck brace with serenely black and blue eyes - also in Cayo.
