Belize City has been promising for months that it will begin work on a new administrative building at the commercial center, but their counterparts in Cayo have zoomed ahead - with a new three story Town Hall. It's called the San Ignacio, Santa Elena Town Hall and today Mayor Earl Trapp beamed with pride at today's opening.
