And finally from today's house meeting….the most heated debate was held on a Loan Guarantee Motion for BTL. The phone company is making a loan of 17.5 million US dollars from the Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund. But, the PUP objected, saying that a public guarantee for a private company is the very same thing that the UDP complains about with Universal Health Services. Here's the heated back and forth:...
