There's been another shooting incident in an ongoing rivalry between neighboring streets. On Tuesday night, 27 year old Kadeem Myers, was coming out of his neighborhood in Rhaburn's Alley, when a man passing on bike opened fire on him. Police told us more:
The rivalry is between two groups that live on the same block. Retaliation is likely.
