The celebrated UWI Singers are in Belize for a pair of concerts.  The group has distinguished itself in the Caribbean for their versatility, and the wide range of musical genres that they can perform from Caribbean folk songs, to negro spirituals, to popular music.

Today, we got a chance to speak with them about the shows they want to put on for you. Here’s what they said:

The concerts take place on Saturday at 7 p.m. and on Sunday at 5 p.m. Tickets are $30, and they can be purchased at the Bliss, or at the UWI Open Campus.
