Yesterday morning the body of 73-year-old Placencia village resident Juan Caducio was found floating in the Sea near Harvest Caye. According to authorities, Caducio left to go fishing on Sunday in his fiberglass skiff but never returned. Reports say Caducio was a Filipino who had been in Belize for over 20 years and was into real estate. He is believed to have fallen off his boat while fishing and foul play is not suspected.
