| At the top of the news we told you about the deadly fire in Belmopan - the fire fighters were able put out the spot fires and conduct their investigation without issue. But that wasn't the case with last week's Iguana Street fire. The fire truck had some unforeseen mechanical issues. Well, Assistant fire Chief Benisford Matura told us that the truck has been repaired.
Matura says the fire trucks are inspected 3 times a day, everyday, but the part that malfunctioned is not easily accessible and isn't normally checked.
