| Second Accident Victim Dies |

She was in a terrible accident on the Western Highway 12 days ago - and, yesterday,
32 year old Sandra Maribel Garcia died from her injuries.
Her friend, 26 year old Neidy Cifuentes who was driving died shortly after the accident.
Now, the only survivor is Sandra Garcia's 9 year old daughter - who was with them in the vehicle as it ran off the road between miles 71 and 72. Alcohol is said to have been a factor in causing the accident.
