Cops Learning About Stress and Suicide
Thu, August 2, 2018
68 police officers - ranging in rank from Inspector to Deputy Commissioner, received training in Stress Management, Dealing with Trauma, and Suicidal Ideations.

The three day training was organized by the Employee Assistance Programme, and facilitated by Clinical Psychologist Chad Lambert from the University of the West Indies.

But the mental health sessions aren't only for senior officers; throughout August rank and file police countrywide will also get their own workshop.
