| Gang Related Figure Murdered, Can Cops Contain Retaliation? |

| Police and police mediators have been holding down crime in the city for some months now - but today there was a gang related killing. And, tonight, the cops are working to contain any retalliation.
Just after 2:00 pm, 23 year old Shakeedi Baizer was shot multiple times - right after he left the Matron Roberts Clinic on Magazine Road and was walking through an alley. 7News was first on the scene and Courtney Wetherburne has the story:
The suspect is a man with dreads.
Baizer has had numerous run-in's with police over the years- and has been charged many times. To be fair, his mother has claimed that for years police have been unfairly targeting her sons.
