After the official ceremony, we saw the parade, and we can tell you, it was one of the weakest and smallest we've ever seen. But, still, the tireless Port Loyola Representative Boots Martinez added some spectacle and colour to an otherwise unremarkable event. Martinez has not missed a tenth parade in more than a decade.
