The government of India through the local Consul has facilitated a limited number of scholarships for Belizeas to study  yoga teacher training in India  - which is the birthplace of Yoga.  

Jonah Supal was the first to go.  He participated in an all expenses paid, four week diploma course in Bangalore at the SVYASA University, a world class yoga institution.
