| And, on the prevention side of the equation, the Minister of Health and The Minister of Education today agreed that they will work on the soft drink ban in all schools. The first meeting is scheduled for Friday.
As we reported yesterday, the Ministry wants to take soft drinks out of schools - so that students will be made to drink water. This is to battle the diabetes epidemic in Belize.
