He is 36-year-old Yusuf Bilal Jr., a BDF from Belize City was charged with arson.
His 57 year old common-law wife, Helen Gentle says that yesterday, he set fire to 4 dozen of her Victoria Secret underwear after accusing her of being unfaithful.
She said the pricey panties cost her six hundred dollars, and in court no plea was taken, because it is an indictable matter. He received bail of two thousand dollars.
According to Bilal Jr., since the incident he has now moved out of the house and is living at Price Barracks,
Yusuf Bilal Jr. is due back in Court on December 12, 2018.
Gentle told police that she was out when Bilal Jr. began to text her on her telling her that he was going to their home to burn up all her underwear since she only wants to wear them for another man and not model in them for him.
The police were called in and a Scenes of crime technician took pictures of the 4 dozen underwear on the ground apparently burnt.
