| Today a group of kids from the Frank Lizama Training Center got a real taste of what it is to be a young prisoner - ain't nothing nice about it. We have covered a similar story where Sr. Supt. Howell Gillett, as Belmopan OC, took at risk youth from surrounding communities in Belmopan to hear testimonies from prisoners. Well, now as Region 1 commander, Gillett from gathered Belize City youth from the training center to meet with the young inmates at the Wagner's Youth Facility. We were there to see if the kids got the message to stay off the streets, loud and clear.
50 kids from the training center participated.
