| And while you see The Hague from the airy room of the Peace Palace and the ICJ - that city, and the country of the Netherlands has more in common with Belize than you might have thought. Like Belize City, The Hague is a coastal city - and it is at sea level. And, unlike Belize, the Netherlands has had progressive marijuana laws for decades - allowing the use and sale of marijuana at licensed retailers.
