| Today, on the last day of the media tour of The Hague in the Netherlands, the press contingent met with a South African journalist who covers the ICJ for one of the largest news agencies in the world. He has a firsthand perspective, but he's not an international law expert - just a reporter who attends all the court's major cases. He told the press group what he knows and believes about the ICJ as an experienced observer:
