Four Central American Presidents were present. They are the President of Panama, Juan Carlos Varela, the President of Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernandez, The President of El Salvador, Salvador Sanchez Cerén,; and, of course, Guatemalan President, Jimmy Morales. The Presidents of Nicaragua and Costa Rica were represented by their foreign ministers.
