| And while all the machinery for the referendum is now going into high gear, the Vital Statistics office sputtered today.
Their system went down this morning. A public announcements says, "The Management of the Vital Statistics Unit informs the public that the office will resume normal working hours on Wednesday, February 27, 2019."
