| Lately, we've been hearing a lot about brave deeds done by police in the line of duty. Whether it was one cop chasing down a gunman and his accomplice in PG, or 10 cops pursuing those 6 border robbers who were using an assault rifle - the police have been doing outstanding work - even as lawlessness always seems to be on the rise. Today 15 of those cops were recognized and rewarded for their bravery and commitment. 7News was at the Queen Street station for the ceremony:..
And, as a sign that they do get rid of bad cops, Williams says there has been a conviction for criminal wrongdoing by a pair of cops who tried to hustle a school teacher for a bribe:
