And the first quick move is to notify the ICJ that Belize is submitting to the court, as per the special agreement.  The Registrar of the ICJ has already told Belize - basically - we’re just waiting on you.

"This is a note that was sent to us to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from ICJ registrar saying that Guatemala, I believe it was sometime in August if last year. Notified the court that their referendum process has gone and that in effect that their submission of the case. So we have to do that within a month."
