| The European Union is funding a 32 million Belize dollar project for the Belizean energy sector. The news is that it will give electricity access to remote rural areas while improving energy efficiency in the public and private sectors.
The EU ambassador to Belize was ate the Prime Minister;Minister's office in Belize City today to sign the financing agreement. The Prime Minister underscored the significance and discussed the areas of emphasis:
