| Woman Says She Lost a Baby Due To Beating From Ex |

| A 23 year old woman says she lost her baby after being badly beaten by her ex, 29 year old Miguel Martinez. Stephanie Arzu claims that she was taking her oldest child to visit her ex but he flew into a jealous rage and beat her badly.
This afternoon she filed a restraining order against Martinez. Off camera, she shared her account of what she alleges happened to her on Thursday:
Martinez was arraigned in court this afternoon, he initially pleaded guilty to common assault upon her. However after being read the charge, he disagreed with some of the facts.
So, a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf. Martinez was granted bail in the sum of $1,000 plus one surety of the same amount which he was able to meet.
Arzu and Martinez are due back in court on September 2, 2019.
