Dwayne Cherrington was shot on Wednesday morning around the Belize Flour Mill.  But police told us that he isn’t cooperating:

"There was a shooting there on Wednesday morning just after midnight but the person that was injured, he was treated and discharged the following morning, however, he has not made an official report to the police yet. It is a matter that we are following up we are encouraging the victim to come forward to make a report."

Without a police report, police say they can’t bring charges.
