A man who caught in a traffic accident on Saturday near Ontario Village in Cayo is lucky to be alive after his pickup suffered a major front end collision.
But, while reports say he could also be the man seen on a security video picking up a telephone at San Ignacio market - police say no complaint has been made about any missing phone - so they have no charges for him.
