Carnival is long gone but Titans Mas Band hit the road today - while it wasn't a soca spectacle with costumes and all, it certainly was for a worthy cause. The leader of the band organized a luncheon and dance for the Welcome Resource Center participants to commemorate World Mental Health Day. We stopped by the center this morning to see what fun Friday is all about.
Today's event ended at 1:30 this afternoon. On another note, The Welcome Resource Center is hosting their sleep it out tomorrow night at the Memorial Park.
