| Faber Addresses UNESCO General Conference |

| Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education and Culture Patrick Faber today addressed the 40th session of the UNESCO General Conference in Paris, France. He is there among 120 Ministers of Education - and here's a portion of what he said on the General Policy Debate.
Tomorrow Faber will participate in the UNESCO Forum of Ministers of Culture. It will have representation of 140 Ministers of Culture.
