Is A Migrant Caravan From Honduras Headed For Belize?
Wed, January 15, 2020
A new migrant caravan is headed from Honduras for the United States but this time, reports say they could be planning to walk through Belize on their way to the Mexican border.

The caravan was expected to leave San Pedro Sula around this time, and reports say it could be passing form Guatemala through to Belize within 48 hours. From there, they are expected to be wanting to make their way to La Union and then into Mexico.

We stress this is just a report. Today we asked the Minister of Immigration how the movement this caravan will be facilitated through Belize.

Reports say, both land and sea avenues are to be exploited by the caravan. We'll keep following it.
